What You Will Do
- Small animal care and handling
- Collect medical histories
- Collect laboratory samples
- Run diagnostic tests
- Obtain x-ray images
- Fill prescriptions
- Monitor anesthesia and assist in soft tissue and dental procedures
- Client education
- Support front desk operations
Who We Need
We are seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician(RVT) or Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Candidates must be able to work well independently and on a team, have good interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, a self-directed learner, and be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a sometimes stressful environment. Experience or qualification as an RVT preferred , but not required. Compensation starts at $19-$23/hour and varies with experience.
