We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is also fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
- Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other attorneys.
- Manage multiple files with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance firm operations and client experience.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Trust & Estates law preferred, but motivated recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
