Associate Attorney - Bilingual Spanish

Carrasco Quintana Law LLC is a boutique law firm located in Woodbridge, New Jersey, serving clients throughout the entire state. We focus on Real Estate, Trust & Estates, and Business law, providing clients with a high level of service, attention to detail, and integrity in every matter we handle. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is also fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping clients navigate important life and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other attorneys.
• Manage multiple files with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance firm operations and client experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Trust & Estates law preferred, but motivated recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
• Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
