No commercial real estate experience is required.
What You'll Do:
• Advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate decisions
• Develop relationships with healthcare practice owners and administrators
• Evaluate properties, demographics, and market opportunities
• Analyze lease, purchase, and financial scenarios
• Negotiate business terms and real estate agreements
• Build relationships with referral partners and industry vendors
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Compensation:
This is an independent contractor position.
Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. While no income is guaranteed, many successful agents fully replace their prior income within their first two years and significantly exceed it thereafter.
