Commercial Loan Officer (Sales Role)
Our client is a leading private lender specializing in real estate investment loans, including fix-and-flip, construction, bridge, and DSCR financing.
We are looking for hungry, motivated sales professionals who love prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. If you're comfortable making cold calls, handling rejection, and earning based on performance, this is a great opportunity to build a highly lucrative career.
No lending experience? No problem. We will train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to real estate investors and mortgage brokers
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Educate clients on Washington Capital Partners’ loan products
- Manage deals from application through closing
- Consistently hit activity and revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- 1 years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B sales, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or financial services preferred)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
Compensation
- Guaranteed minimum: $55,000 annually
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Top performers can earn $100,000 to $250,000 annually
You will receive either your guaranteed minimum or commission—whichever is greater.
