Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Pinellas Park, FL. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. The role also includes communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure project success while adhering to timelines and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in relevant software tools and technologies
- Ability to analyze blueprints and technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in construction estimating or masonry projects is advantageous
