We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Repair Technician for multi-site apartment buildings. Duties include landscaping, general repairs and maintenance, interior painting, custodial work and general landscaping for apartment buildings. Must have basic repair skills. This position can lead to a team leader position. Experience necessary and quality work expected. This is a Full-Time Maintenance Technician position. Good pay and benefits. Base hours are Monday-Friday, with an on-call rotating schedule for after hours emergencies. Please email resume.
