Seeking a Medical Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A Medical Receptionist will be someone with a professional appearance and demeanor, possess strong customer service skills, be able to multitask while prioritizing activities throughout the day and be someone who is a team player.
DUTIES OF THE MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Check patients in and complete identifying task. Obtain insurance information and medical history. Enter demographic information into EMR (e-clinical) Answer telephone and greet patients. Schedule patient appointments.Check patients out, and scan notes. Place and confirm the reminder calls.
Full time 36-38 hours per week. Hours 7:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M Monday-Thursday
