Carr Home Improvements is hiring a full-time skilled carpenter.
We are a high-end design-build remodeling company in Bucks County specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations. We are looking for someone who can step onto a job and immediately contribute at a high level.
This is not an entry-level position. We are not looking for helpers or apprentices. We are hiring a carpenter who knows what they’re doing and can produce clean, professional work without being babysat.
What You Must Bring:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on carpentry experience
- Strong skills in:
- Light framing
- Interior trim and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Job site layout and problem solving
- Ability to read plans and execute details correctly
- Clean, efficient work in occupied homes
- Strong awareness of quality and detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28–$40/hour based on experience
