- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on automotive repair parts and services based on customer needs.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and placing orders as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
