Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Occasionally meet customers at their homes to assist in choosing the perfect flooring products and colors for their needs.
- Support staff during busy periods, helping oversee daily operations and ensuring store standards are upheld
Skills
- Ability to explain product benefits confidently to educate customers and boost sales.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally and courteously
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities without pressuring customers
- Basic math skills for accurate estimates and sales tracking.
- Basic compter skills a plus.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with clear communication skills to build rapport with shoppers.
