Carpet To Go Flooring is a locally owned flooring company serving the Charlotte area. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working closely with customers, installers, and warehouse staff to keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Schedule flooring installations and coordinate installer calendars
- Order flooring materials and track product deliveries
- Close completed orders and ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Manage inventory and maintain stock records
- Communicate with customers regarding installation schedules and order updates
- Coordinate with vendors and installation crews
- Assist in the warehouse on a limited basis, including organizing inventory and supporting daily operations as needed
- Perform other administrative and operational duties to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous scheduling, administrative, dispatch, or office coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and common office software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
