Responsible for greeting visitors and customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional way, and providing “best-in-city” customer service, and the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to the growth and success of our company by providing a high level of Customer Service, administrative support and purchasing.
· This role will be a Full-Time hourly position, 7:50AM to 5:00PM
· Manage multiple calls at once
· Greet Customers
· Assist Sales Staff and Managers
· Keep Showroom picked up and organized
· Schedule measures with customers
· Assist with ordering or delivery of samples
· Assist with getting cost information and preparing quotes for customers
· Edit salesperson calendar
· Enter orders into ERP system and place purchase orders for all required materials for customer orders
· Ensure office is maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition
· Follow all company policies relevant to the role & all activities undertaken in that role
· Dependable (we are a small team, and depend on each other to provide the best service for our customers)
· Perform other duties as reasonably requested by company leaders.
