What You'll Do
Your Key Responsibilities
- Convert showroom customers into sales by engaging and building relationships
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend flooring and design solutions
- Sell a range of products, including carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and area rugs
- Create quotes, proposals, and sales orders, and follow up to close deals
- Maintain relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate projects from sale through installation, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Prospect for new business through networking and referrals
- Ensure showroom presentation and product knowledge are up to date

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Self-motivated professional with retail sales, in-home sales, or commission sales experience

- Reliable transportation for occasional in-home appointments
Preferred:
- Background in flooring, home improvement, or interior design
- Knowledge of flooring products like LVP, hardwood, tile, or carpet
- Experience with CRM or sales software
