What We Offer:
  • Base: $52,000 Monthly Sales Incentives
    • Earning potential of an additional $34,000 annually
    • Compensation is paid at an hourly rate.
  • Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week
    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm
    • Saturdays are by appointment only
  • 90 to 120 days paid training

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
  • Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers
  • Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom or their home & workplace
  • Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
  • Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, collect client payments & perform quality control throughout active project
  • Work with sale manager to help schedule the installation team
  • Provide notes & photographs to ensure clear communication with subcontractors
  • Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
  • Utilize social media platforms to build network
  • Manage time between showroom and prospecting for new business
  • Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and communal areas neat, current, and clean



Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Kitchen & Bath Sales, or similar role
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
  • Basic computer, social media & math skills
  • Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
  • Desire to grow a business
  • Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
  • Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Strong personal & professional judgment
  • Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants
  • Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of RFMS & Mobile Measure a plus (Willing to train)
