Based at our location, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with clients. 'Responsibilities'
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic sales plans.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.'
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Write sales orders, issues samples, provide estimates.
- Work with installation team to schedule jobs.
'Qualifications'
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the home improvement or flooring industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage territory effectively and generate new leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
