We’re expanding our design team and are looking for a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer who shares our passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and customer care.
Position Overview
As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you’ll guide customers through the exciting process of transforming their spaces — from initial inspiration to installation. You’ll combine your design expertise with practical product knowledge to create functional, beautiful kitchens and baths that fit our customers’ style and budget.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and client interaction, and who thrives in a team-oriented, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to assess their needs, design goals, and project budgets.
- Develop detailed kitchen and bath layouts using design software (2020, CAD, or similar).
- Recommend cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, flooring, and finishes that align with the customer’s vision.
- Create and present design proposals, quotes, and visual renderings.
- Collaborate with installation teams and vendors to ensure design accuracy and project completion.
- Maintain current product knowledge, staying up-to-date on trends, materials, and innovations.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Interior Design, Kitchen & Bath Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (2020 Design, or similar).
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, space planning, and materials.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure design plans meet all technical requirements and job specifications.
- Experience in retail design, commercial design, or home improvement is a plus.

Pay: $47,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
