Position Details
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and deliver flooring materials to homes, businesses, and job sites.
- Operate a cargo van and a 26-foot box truck.
- Inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Operate a forklift to move, organize, and stage inventory.
- Receive and stock incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
- Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to speak and understand English. Second language is a plus.
- Experience driving a cargo van and a 26-foot box truck.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy flooring materials (50-100 lbs. with assistance when needed).
- Strong attention to detail and dependability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
