Carpet Factory Outlet is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our highest-performing showroom. This location serves homeowners in one of the area’s most desirable communities, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid position combining showroom sales with in-home consultations.

You’ll guide customers through every step of the buying process—from their first visit to the completed installation—becoming their trusted flooring expert along the way.

Responsibilities include:

· Welcoming customers and discovering their flooring needs.

· Helping customers select the perfect flooring for their home and budget.

· Building relationships through honest advice and exceptional service.

· Conducting in-home consultations with flooring samples.

· Measuring rooms and preparing estimates (training provided).

· Selling carpet, luxury vinyl, hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl, and area rugs.

· Following up with customers and managing projects through installation.

· Working alongside a supportive team to create an outstanding customer experience.

Previous flooring experience is a plus—but not required. We are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to build a long-term career.

Qualifications

· Reliable vehicle.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Ability to work evenings and weekends.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Sales experience preferred.
