Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and provide top-tier service
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom; manage and return product samples
- Support administrative duties such as pick ticket entry, tax confirmations, and A/R report handling
- Manage and update Sales Tax Licenses and W-9 forms
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
