Job Overview
Are you an experienced commercial cleaner looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to learn the ins and outs of supervisory operations while actively maintaining high cleaning standards across multiple client locations. This is an on-road position covering sites within a 25-mile radius of Cranston, RI.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Leadership: Train alongside experienced supervisors to learn how to manage cleaning crews, inspect work quality, and enforce safety protocols.
- Commercial Cleaning: Perform high-quality commercial cleaning duties to keep client facilities pristine.
- Specialized Floor Care: Utilize specialized knowledge to perform floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Mobile Operations: Travel between various client locations within our designated service radius.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience is strictly required.
- Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of floor care, specifically stripping and waxing.
- Schedule: Full-time availability Monday through Saturday (1st shift).
- License & Transit: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable personal vehicle to travel to and from work assignments. (A company vehicle may be provided for on-the-job travel depending on availability and performance).
- Background: Must pass a clean criminal background check.
