Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Duties
- Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed blueprints and schematics
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable and high-quality structures
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics accurately for project execution
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely to complete framing, carpentry, and masonry tasks
- Install metal stud framing, drywall, trim carpentry, stucco, plastering, and perform woodworking tasks with attention to detail
- Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and coordination of subcontractors
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure structural accuracy
- Assist in restoration projects by applying masonry skills and performing surface repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with welding equipment and heavy machinery
- Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to construction plans
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction roles with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic math skills for accurate measurements
- Experience in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, framing carpentry, and drywall installation
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Knowledge of steel stud framing, plastering techniques, woodwork craftsmanship, and restoration processes
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Valid experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and teamwork
- Basic understanding of construction plans and schematics for effective project execution
