What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process

- Stay informed on the local market in Brown County and surrounding areas
- Negotiate contracts and deliver exceptional client experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Indiana real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to grow a long-term, relationship-based business
- Knowledge of Brown County is a plus—but not required
