Responsibilities
- Shovel snow from parking lots, walkways, and roofs
- Maintain a safe and efficient job site
- Apply de-icer when instructed
- Adhere to Carpenter & Costin standards and quality
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with team leaders
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when it snows
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions for extended periods
- Valid and insurable driver's license
Compensation
$30 per hour- This position is when it snows or after a snow/ice event.
