Mason Laborer

As a valued member of the Hardscape team, you will play a key role in building paver patios, retaining walls, and assisting with planting installations. During the winter months, team members also help with snow removal, ensuring year-round employment and a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install paver patios and stone or block retaining walls according to project plans.
• Interpret and apply knowledge of elevations to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
• Operate mechanical equipment and vehicles, including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations, safely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork, such as time entry for jobs and materials used.
• Plan and organize job sites, ensuring necessary resources and materials are available for efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment and report any repair needs.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license

Compensation

The hourly wage for this full-time position ranges from $18 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
