Position Description
- Assemble mattresses according to specific type and configuration styles.
- Lift 35 to 90 lbs of foam or mattresses.
- Stand comfortably for the duration of the entire work shift.
- Read a tape measure accurately to ensure precise product sizing.
- Maintain quality standards exactly as prescribed by management.
- Manage waste by picking up trash and discarding defective products.
- Read, write, and speak English to fully understand the labeling process.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to read, write, and completely understand English instructions and labeling processes.
- Measurement proficiency to accurately read and interpret a basic tape measure.
- Must be able to read and completely understand the labeling process and read/write English.
- Must be able to shift and/or lift foam or mattresses & boxes that weigh between 40 to 95 lbs each!
- Keep work areas neat, orderly, and safe at all times.
