This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal located at our Richardson, TX office. The Family Law Paralegal will support attorneys with preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files related to family law matters. This role will include client communication, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accuracy in documentation to facilitate efficient legal processes.
- Proficiency in legal processes, including expertise in Family Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review to gather information and ensure accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with legal teams
- Organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality in all legal matters
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred
- Experience in family law settings or similar legal environments is an advantage
