About Carpe
Carpe is the fastest-growing deodorant brand in the US. Our team is composed of insanely smart people working together in person in downtown Durham, NC. Our office is rather open with many private niches, and our energy level is HIGH.
Position Summary
You write, direct, and film our ads. From concept to finished footage, the whole thing is yours.
Carpe is the fastest-growing deodorant brand in the US, and our creative is a big reason why. Our ads outperform the market, and other CPG brands study what we do. You are what makes that possible.
Your job is to think like a performance marketer and make ads that will reach new audiences and convert Carpe customers. Data and insights power the engine. You drive the video work end-to-end.
You will have real freedom here to create content across a wide range of concepts and styles, and you’ll have a genuine say in what we make. You will also get a lot of direction and support from our creative team.
The loop here is fast. You shoot this week, your content is live next week, and a few days later you know exactly how it performed. Then you implement learnings and build on your next ad. Almost nobody in this industry gets to see their work perform that fast.
