Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions as appropriate.
- Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals.

- Maintain required continuing education and professional development.
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Virginia clinical license or eligibility for appropriate licensure.
