Carpe Diem Academy is a small private school providing services to children with special needs in Tacoma, WA. We offer both education and therapy to our students and our patients year round. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals!
Key job responsibilities include the following:
- evaluate and re-evaluate students/patients
- create treatment plans, provide individual therapy services
- work with teachers, other disciplines (PT, ST, and ABA) school personnel, and parents to provide the best care for the student/patient
- supervision of COTAs (as needed)
- assisting Administrative Team

Rates starting at $65.00 per billable hour

Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- College degree
- Occupational Therapist
- ABA Knowledge/Experience
- Credentialed to work with insurance companies a plus!
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or pursuing.
- Candidate must be in good standing with the State and have an active license
- School setting experience is preferred
- 1 years of experience in school or outpatient pediatric settings
- Available to commit to a 10-Month Contract
