We are currently seeking PIT Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving inventory, by doing order picking, consolidations, or put-away.
Forklift Operators are one of the most important positions for serving our customers' needs. You’ll be key to driving our success!

You Will - Properly operate Lift Trucks -Stock/Cherry Pickers.
- Complete the Order Picker checklist and ensure the pallet is on forks before lifting.
- Ensure proper inspections before lift use every day
- Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
- Put away items. Documenting their locations with Accuracy.
- Practice Safe material handling.
- Count the pieces put away and compare them with the scanner.
- Make sure that each item has a label.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the work area at the end of the day.
- Meet the expectation quota.
- Help other departments if needed.
You Must Have
- The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
- Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexible attitude.
- Self-motivation and a determination to succeed.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Detail management.
- Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
- A clean and organized work area.
- Willingness to work Overtime when needed.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
