Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures with precision and safety.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
- Promote our aesthetic services through social media management and client engagement strategies to attract new clientele.
- Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client experience and business growth.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing required .
- Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to guest services and customer care.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demos to boost revenue streams.
