Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to maintain our campground location according to Park standards. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with guests on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservations: Handle phone, internet, and mail reservations for campers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Camper Registration: Register campers in a professional and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records.
- Store Operations: Stock store shelves and sell merchandise to guests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Guest Services: Provide information and assistance to campers as requested, greeting guests at the campground and determining their reservation needs.
- Tram Operation: Drive the campground tram, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of guests.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas, reporting any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Scheduling: Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
