Carousel Oceanfront Resort Hotel & Condominiums—located in Ocean City, MD., on 117th Street & Coastal Highway features standard hotel rooms and 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums for our guest's exceptional vacation experience. The Carousel is the landmark resort in Ocean City. One of the only beachfront hotels with an Ice Rink, multiple dining options, an outdoor patio and bar and an outdoor and indoor pool, spa and gym, plus plenty of activities for both kids and adults to enjoy.
Overview
We are looking for friendly, customer oriented candidates to work at our Front Desk operation in Ocean City. All shifts are available including the overnight shift.
Responsibilities
- This position works directly with the public and requires good communication skills and team work.
- Check in and out hotel guests in our guest rooms and condominiums.
- Assists guests with information pertaining to the hotels as well as the Ocean City area.
- Executes financial transactions for payment with cash or credit/debit card.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure a high level of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- The ability to resolve guest and associate conflicts and issues.
- Maintain positive guest relations and promote hospitality.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
