Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation tasks related to baked goods, ensuring high-quality presentation and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Handle packaging of finished products carefully to ensure they are ready for delivery or display.
- Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume production while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support food handling and safety procedures during all stages of cake decoration and food production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cake decorating, pastry arts, or related culinary fields is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques including piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and sculpting.
- Experience with food industry standards for high-volume production environments such as bakeries or catering services.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining creative quality standards.
- Customer service experience is a plus, especially when interacting with clients or guests regarding custom orders.
