Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures in at least two modalities, as requested by a licensed physician.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner. Completes required exams; sends studies to reading station for radiologist review, completes all associated documentation.
• Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years clinical experience in more than one modality. ARRT CT/MRI registry eligible required
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, CT/MRI registry eligible
  • Certifications: ARRT ( R ) and documentation of CT or MRI experience, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within one year of hire. BLS; state license if required

• Preferred Requirements

  • Experience: ARRT CT or MRI

This 25-bed, critical-access hospital has been a part of Carondelet Health Network since the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet began managing the hospital in the early 1980s.
