Position Highlights
- Two-year advanced fellowship structured for neurologists pursuing full-scope neurointerventional practice
- Earn while you train — maintain independent neurology practice and receive competitive compensation throughout the program
- High-volume procedural experience — participate in 1,000 neuroendovascular procedures annually, including 150 mechanical thrombectomies per year
- Full cerebrovascular spectrum — complex aneurysm flow diversion, acute stroke thrombectomy, AVM embolization, carotid and intracranial stenosis, and rare vascular pathologies
- Dedicated outpatient continuity — one clinic day per week for longitudinal patient management beyond the angiography suite
- Robust call structure — 7 ED neurology calls per month focused on acute stroke triage and rapid endovascular decision-making
- 24/7 access to two biplane angio suites and dedicated neurosurgical ORs
- Research and academic platform — participation in national/international clinical trials, multicenter registries, and opportunities to publish and present at SNIS, ISC, and AANS/CNS
