Caron Transportation Systems USA is a bulk transportation company established in 2013 under the same ownership as Caron Transportation Systems located in Canada; which has been in the transportation industry for 65 years. Our US operations are comprised of Bulk Dry and Liquid Logistics, primarily for the Oil & Gas Industry.
We are currently seeking full-time CDL Class A Drivers for our Williston, ND terminal. This position reports directly to the Terminal Manager and is responsible for hauling hazmat commodities with Over the Road Availability (OTR).
Job Duties:
- Deliver bulk commodities to customers.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection of truck and trailer.
- Loading and unloading of products.
- Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading products.
- Ensure your assigned unit remains clean and tidy.
- Ensure that electronic logs align with federal regulations.
- Complete pre/post-trip forms and trip reports.
Our ideal candidate:
- Valid CDL Class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
- 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Dry bulk transportation experience is considered an asset.
- Working geographic knowledge is considered an asset.
- Must comply with all DOT interstate regulations.
- Ability to drive OTR to various states.
- Willing to work on day and/or night shifts.
- Polite and professional attitude.
- High regard for safety.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
