CaroMont Family Medicine – Garrison is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our close-knit, high-performing team consisting of 1 MD and 1 APP. ** What We’re Looking For **
- 3 years of experience in Family Medicine
- A Provider seeking a long-term clinic home where they can grow, contribute, and make a true impact within the community.

** Position Highlights **

- Practice in our well-equipped facility with access to CaroMont’s extensive resources and network.
- In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory
- 3 days a week; Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8a-5p
** Key Responsibilities **
- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
- Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC
** Requirements **
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Board Certified FNP or PA-C
- Active NC License & DEA and willing to obtain a SC License & DEA
- BLS/ACLS certification
