Customer Service Associate - Caroline's Cakes

At Caroline’s Cakes, we believe in making life’s moments a little sweeter — one cake at a time. We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Customer Service Associate who’s just as comfortable chatting with customers on the phone as they are rolling up their sleeves to help get orders out the door. If you love helping people, don’t mind a little hands-on work, and enjoy being part of a fun, fast-paced team, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the warm, welcoming voice customers hear when they call — answering questions, placing orders, and resolving concerns with care.
• Assist customers by phone, e-mail, and in-person as needed
• Roll up your sleeves to help with production tasks, like applying labels to cake shells, boxes, and tins — every cake needs to leave here looking picture-perfect.
• Work closely with our shipping and production teams to make sure every cake gets where it’s going, right on time.
• Keep order details and customer information accurate and up to date in our systems.
• Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand
• Bring positive energy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to everything you do.

• A friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people over the phone.
• Not afraid of detail-oriented, hands-on work — you don’t consider any task “too small.”
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask when things get busy.
• Calm under pressure — even when the phones are ringing and the cakes are flying out the door!
• A team player who’s ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Customer service and/or sales experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
