Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and reporting.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and team management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift operations efficiently.
