Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Use POS systems like Toast or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including basic math calculations.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by providing timely beverage service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math scenarios.
