Responsibilities:
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments
- Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments
- Enters information on dental software in patient accounts
- Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information
- Collects all monies due for services rendered
- Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred
