What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dietitian position at Carolinas Weight Loss Institute?
Carolinas Weight Loss Institute - Gastonia location is looking for a part time Registered Dietician, with possibility of transitioning to full time.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate and assist with the established CWLI nutritional protocols.
- Complete consultations/evaluation as required by physician.
- Distribute educational materials concerning diet/nutritional protocols for CWLI patients.
- Perform regularly scheduled evaluations of patients.
- Educate patients on dietary supplements as appropriate.
- Assist with program’s target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and company goals.
- Counsel patients on recommended diet/nutritional protocol and monitoring adherence and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics.
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification showing proof registered with Commission of Dietetic Registration.
- Current Dietitian license in NC.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 32 per week
