Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Handle phone systems and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and inquiries effectively.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in office software and computerized systems is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling is preferred.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, CRM usage, and Computer software is an advantage but not mandatory.
