What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and serve as the first point of contact for the collision center
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates on repair status
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and internal team members
- Assist with intake of vehicles and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage customer expectations throughout the repair process
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and invoicing support
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized front office environment
