Practice Liaison / Healthcare Marketing Rep

Position Overview

Flagship Specialty Partners is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Practice Liaison to serve as the face of our practice in the community. In this role, you'll build lasting partnerships with referring doctors, collaborate closely with our surgeons and practice teams, and help connect patients with exceptional specialty care. If you're self-motivated, outgoing, and thrive on creating meaningful professional relationships, we'd love to meet you.

Local travel throughout your assigned territory is required approximately 75% of the time.

What You'll Do

Build Meaningful Relationships That Matter

Become a trusted resource for referring dental offices by developing authentic relationships with doctors, office managers, and clinical teams. Every interaction helps improve access to specialty care for patients and strengthens long-term partnerships.

Represent Flagship in the Community

Plan and execute daily outreach by visiting approximately 8-10 referring dental offices each day. Coordinate lunches and appreciation events, introduce providers, and share updates on services and educational opportunities. You'll be the face of Flagship Specialty Partners throughout your territory.

Build and Execute Marketing Initiatives

Support marketing strategies aligned with Flagship Specialty Partners standards through consistent outreach, clear communication, and referral tracking to measure impact.

Develop and Grow Referral Relationships

Identify new and existing referral opportunities using reports, geographic insights, and practice partners. Plan efficient daily routes while collaborating with surgeons, office teams, practice managers, and leadership.

Track Success & Collaborate

Document outreach efforts within our CRM, monitor referral trends, participate in marketing strategy discussions, and help identify new opportunities for growth across your territory.

Support Daily Operations

Maintain accurate records, enter data into internal systems, and coordinate visit plans with doctors and practice managers to ensure productive outreach.

Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy meeting people and building long-term professional relationships. You're organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while managing your own territory.

Experience in healthcare, dental, medical marketing, physician relations, outside sales, business development, customer success, hospitality leadership, recruiting, event planning, or practice management is highly valued.

You're a strong communicator who enjoys networking, using data to guide decisions, and representing an organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.
