Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or compact license recognized by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience required.
- Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability.
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate using the appropriate channels with patients, families, physicians, and other departments and organizations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
