Job Summary:The Special Procedures Technologist, under the supervision of the Special Procedures Supervisor, Cath Lab Manager and Credentialed Physician co-ordinates the technical and patient care component of angiograms, interventions, and other invasive procedures. He/she is responsible for all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital and department policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved school of Radiology Science. Registered by the ARRT and two years’ experience as a radiographer. One year of special procedures preferred.
- Maintain BLS certification.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
*THIS POSITION IS FOR A 13-WEEK CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT*
- Salary will be $77.00 per hourplus applicable shift differential
- Contract employees will be assigned to specific divisions. To qualify, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in that specialty area.
- 40 hours per week/80 hours per pay period
- 8-hour shifts or unit designated work hours
- Scheduled based on the needs of the unit
- This position is temporary and not eligible for benefits
- Hired for a 13-week contract not to exceed 26 weeks
