We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Clinical Support Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone interested in dentistry and offers the potential for future on-the-job training as a Dental Assistant for individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sterilization Technician by cleaning, sterilizing, organizing, and preparing instruments for upcoming procedures.
• Set up instrument trays and treatment rooms for each patient's visit.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect treatment rooms between patients in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and prepared for efficient patient care.
• Escort patients from the treatment area to the front desk or reception area following their appointments.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining dental supplies and large weekly inventory orders.
• Assist with laundering, folding, and restocking clinical scrub jackets and patient towels as part of maintaining an organized, efficient, and patient-ready clinical environment.
• Assist with dental charting and other clinical support duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to help the practice operate efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the practice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and patient-focused while working with children and families.
• Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
