Clinical Support Technician (Entry-Level)
Full-Time | Monday through Thursday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Clinical Support Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone interested in dentistry and offers the potential for future on-the-job training as a Dental Assistant for individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sterilization Technician by cleaning, sterilizing, organizing, and preparing instruments for upcoming procedures.
- Set up instrument trays and treatment rooms for each patient's visit.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect treatment rooms between patients in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and prepared for efficient patient care.
- Escort patients from the treatment area to the front desk or reception area following their appointments.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining dental supplies and large weekly inventory orders.
- Assist with laundering, folding, and restocking clinical scrub jackets and patient towels as part of maintaining an organized, efficient, and patient-ready clinical environment.
- Assist with dental charting and other clinical support duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
- Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to help the practice operate efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the practice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and patient-focused while working with children and families.
- Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
