Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance technicians, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met consistently
- Assist Coordinating daily lawn care schedule
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on guidance when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care
- Supervisor experience
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients or project managers
- A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
